We're a fast-growing D2C watch brand focused on premium design, quality craftsmanship, and honest pricing — live across Amazon, Flipkart and Myntra, with more channels going live shortly. We operate as a lean, execution-first team, obsessed with product quality, customer experience, and long-term brand building.

Role Description

Every pixel the brand puts out.

We want a designer with a sharp eye and fast hands — someone who can take a watch and make it look like it's worth twice the price, across every surface the brand shows up on. This is a hands-on execution role based in Noida, working directly with the brand and ecommerce teams.

What You'll Own

• Every visual the brand puts out — listings, A+ pages, banners, social, packaging, website
• Retouching and compositing product shots until the watch looks premium on any screen
• Marketplace creative that converts — A+ modules, storefronts, ad creatives for Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra
• Campaign and drop visuals, from concept to final export
• A design system — templates, brand kits, layout rules — that keeps every asset unmistakably Bruno Milano
• Using AI tools where they save time, without letting quality slip

Who We Want

• 1–3 years in graphic design, ideally for D2C, ecommerce, or a consumer brand
• Strong hands-on Photoshop and Illustrator; Figma or InDesign a plus
• Real craft on product retouching, compositing, and colour — you notice what others miss
• Sharp on layout, typography, and hierarchy
• Comfortable using AI image and video tools to move faster
• A portfolio that shows the work, not just the brief
