Graphic Design Lead at Yes Madam

Location: Noida

We are looking for a Graphic Design Lead who combines strong visual craft with creative leadership.

You will lead the graphic and motion design team while remaining hands-on with high-impact creative work.

You will work closely with the Creative Design Manager, Product, Design and Category teams to build a premium, distinctive and effective visual language for Yes Madam.

You will define how customers understand, experience and perceive our services across the customer journey.

What will you own?

- Lead and mentor the graphic design team to evolve Yes Madam's visual language across the app, campaigns and customer touchpoints.

- Translate business and customer problems into compelling visual concepts and stories.

- Set the quality bar across imagery, typography, composition, layouts, illustration and visual hierarchy.

- Create premium visual experiences that help customers understand, trust and choose our services.

- Work closely with Content and Motion teams to bring larger creative stories to life.

- Build reusable design systems, templates and processes to improve quality and scale.

- Build an AI-first design practice, using AI for ideation, imagery, exploration and production while maintaining strong creative quality.

- Use customer feedback, experimentation and data to understand what visual approaches drive better engagement and conversion.

- Stay hands-on with the team's most important and complex creative challenges.

- Stay on top of trends in the industry and take initiatives to incorporate the same.

What we're looking for

- 6+ years of experience in graphic design.

- Experience leading or mentoring designers while continuing to work as an individual contributor.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating excellent visual craft, conceptual thinking and digital-first design.

- Experience in consumer internet, D2C, e-commerce, beauty, wellness or lifestyle is a plus.

- Strong proficiency in AI-powered creative workflows, Figma, Photoshop and Illustrator with experience across motion tools (After Effects, Rive, Lottie).

- Strong understanding of typography, composition, imagery, visual hierarchy and art direction.

- Someone who can balance creative excellence, speed and business impact.
