Graphic Design Lead

About the Role :

We are looking for a Lead Visual Designer to join our creative team and take ownership of visual direction across campaigns, digital experiences, branding, and other creative initiatives. The ideal candidate will combine strong visual craft with leadership, collaboration, and the ability to translate business objectives into compelling creative work. Prior Team Lead experience is mandatory.

The role requires someone who can set creative direction, mentor designers, manage multiple projects, work with cross-functional stakeholders, and remain hands-on with design.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead visual design direction across brand campaigns, digital assets, marketing communication, and creative initiatives.

• Develop creative concepts and translate briefs and business objectives into strong visual solutions.

• Lead, mentor, and guide the design team while ensuring high-quality creative output.

• Set and maintain visual standards across typography, layouts, imagery, composition, and brand expression.

• Create and review campaign creatives, digital assets, presentations, social media content, and marketing collaterals.

• Collaborate with marketing, brand, product, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver effective design solutions. • Manage multiple projects and priorities while ensuring timely delivery and quality.

• Stay updated with design trends, tools, technologies, and AI-powered creative workflows.

• Explore and integrate AI tools into the creative process to improve ideation and design efficiency.
