Graphic Design Intern

Role & responsibilities

• Develop creative assets for social media, digital marketing campaigns, internal communications, and promotional activities.
• Design presentations, brochures, banners, posters, and other marketing collateral.
• Assist in the development and maintenance of brand identity and visual communication assets.
• Collaborate with the Marketing, Content, and other cross-functional teams to understand and execute design requirements.
• Ensure all creative outputs adhere to established brand guidelines and visual standards.
• Incorporate feedback and make necessary revisions while maintaining design quality and consistency.
• Support the design team with day-to-day creative requirements and ongoing projects.
• Stay updated with relevant design trends, tools, and industry best practices.
• Design offline brand collaterals such as flyers, brochures, banners, and other marketing materials.
• Assist in product packaging design, including developing and adapting packaging creatives as per brand and product requirements.

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelors degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, or a related discipline.
• Working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, composition, color theory, and fundamental design principles.
• Good creative thinking and visual communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency across creative assets.
• Ability to understand creative briefs and work within defined timelines.
• Strong willingness to learn and adapt to new design requirements.
• Portfolio showcasing relevant design work is preferred.
