Duration: 3–6 months

LXL Ideas is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Design Intern to support our marketing and creative communication across our various brands and initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Create graphics and visual content for social media, campaigns and digital platforms.
• Design marketing collaterals, presentations, posters and event creatives.
• Support the team in developing creative concepts and visual ideas.
• Maintain consistency with brand guidelines across all designs.
• Work closely with the marketing and content teams on ongoing campaigns.
• Adapt designs into different formats and platforms as required.

Skills Required

• Strong understanding of graphic design, layout, typography and visual communication.
• Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator.
• Good sense of colour, composition and aesthetics.
• Creative thinking and attention to detail.
• Ability to work on multiple design requirements and meet deadlines.
• Basic knowledge of Figma, After Effects or video editing will be an advantage.

Portfolio is mandatory.
