About the Role

InPrime Finserv is looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer Intern to support the Marketing Team in creating engaging visual content for digital campaigns, social media, customer outreach, and internal communication.

The intern will get hands-on experience working on real-time marketing campaigns and brand communication.

Key Responsibilities

• Create creative designs for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other digital platforms.
• Design social media posts, carousels, stories, reels covers and campaign creatives.
• Create brochures, flyers, posters, standees, banners and other marketing collaterals.
• Design creatives for marketing campaigns, contests, customer outreach and employee engagement.
• Support events, canopy activities and field marketing with creative requirements.
• Create and edit Reels, Shorts and other short-form videos.
• Add basic motion graphics, text animations, transitions and subtitles.
• Convert marketing briefs and ideas into visually appealing designs.
• Ensure consistency with brand guidelines and visual identity.

Required Skills & Tools

• Good understanding of graphic design, typography, colours and visual composition.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
• Working knowledge of Canva.
• Basic knowledge of video editing using Filmora, Premiere Pro or After Effects.
• Familiarity with AI-powered design and video editing tools.
• Ability to design for both digital and print.
• Good attention to detail and ability to work within deadlines.
• Willingness to learn and take creative feedback.

Preferred Skills

• Understanding of social media trends and digital marketing creatives.
• Basic knowledge of motion graphics and short-form video editing.
• Experience with AI-based creative, image-generation and video-editing tools is an advantage.
• Understanding of branding and marketing communication.

Eligibility

• Students or recent graduates from Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Multimedia, Animation or related fields.
• Freshers and candidates with 01 year of relevant experience can apply.

Portfolio

Portfolio is mandatory.

Candidates should share relevant work such as:

• Social media creatives
• Posters / banners
• Campaign designs
• Branding projects
• Illustrations
• Reels / video edits
• College or personal projects

Language Preference

Kannada, Hindi and English – good working proficiency preferred.

Ideal Candidate , kannada is mandatory.
