About this role
Role & responsibilities
- Design social media creatives that stop the scroll: posts, carousels and stories for LinkedIn and Instagram
- Work hands-on with the latest AI design tools every day, and learn how to blend them with real design craft
- Keep every piece on-brand, from typography and colour to layout
- Turn briefs and ideas into finished creatives fast, and iterate with feedback from the Design Lead
- Help build reusable templates that keep the brand consistent across every post
Preferred candidate profile
- Bachelors degree in design
- A portfolio
- Comfortable with Photoshop, Illustrator and Figma
- Great taste in design, and the urge to keep learning
- You live on social media and notice which posts look great and why
- Immediate joiner, onsite in Andheri East, Mumbai, 5 days a week
