About this role
- Operate and monitor granulation equipment such as Rapid Mixer Granulator (RMG), Fluid Bed Dryer (FBD), and Multi Mill.
- Perform granulation and drying activities as per Batch Manufacturing Record (BMR) and SOPs.
- Conduct in-process checks and maintain production records.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and quality standards.
- Perform equipment cleaning, line clearance, and changeover activities.
- Report equipment malfunctions, deviations, and quality issues to the supervisor.
- Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping in the production area.
