Graduate Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Support process development, process improvement and new product development.
• Assist in preparing Process Flow, PFMEA, Control Plan, SOPs and Work Instructions.
• Conduct time study, line balancing and productivity improvement activities.
• Support Kaizen, 5S, TPM, Poka-Yoke and Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Assist in reducing rejection, rework, cycle time and process costs.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Maintenance and NPD teams.
• Support process trials, validation and engineering changes.
• Maintain process documentation and MIS reports.
• Ensure adherence to IATF 16949 and safety/quality standards.
