Role & responsibilities

Creation and processing of customer orders and deliveries in SAP

• Handling of export processes, including preparation of export documentation
• Monitoring delivery dates and ensuring on-time delivery performance
• Error analysis and resolution within SAP (error handling)
• Coordination with Logistics, Sales, and international stakeholders
• Consolidation of materials from multiple warehouses to ensure the fastest possible order fulfillment

Preferred candidate profile

Experience in Customer Service, Export, or Order Management

• Strong SAP knowledge (ideally SD module)
• Structured and independent working style
• High level of service orientation and team spirit
• Very good English communication skills (written and spoken)
