Designation - Graduate Trainee - Sales Support

Location - Lucknow

Role & responsibilities

• Sampling & Site Visits: Conduct product sampling at various construction sites to promote brand visibility and generate sales leads.
• Construction Site Branding: Engage with contractors, engineers, and site supervisors to establish product presence at construction sites.
• Sales Promotion Activities: Organize and participate in promotional campaigns, trade shows, and industry events to enhance market penetration.
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market analysis, competitor benchmarking, and customer need assessments.
• Field Sales Exposure: Work closely with senior sales professionals to understand client requirements and deliver effective solutions.
• Customer Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, ensuring high levels of satisfaction.

Preferred candidate profile

• Fresher / 6 months of experience in Building Construction Chemical Products
• Diploma in Civil / B. Tech /B.E Civil Engineer
• Two Wheeler & Driving License Mandatory and the person will travel pan India to support Sales team
