D for Team Member - OES Marketing.

Roles and responsibility below:

Master Updation

Updates customer masters and Purchase Order to effect sales as per procedure.

Reviews contract of customer PO to confirm the terms and conditions

Updates and maintains all OES customer credit and billing policy to check for correctness.

Planning and Scheduling

Reviews customer schedules and acknowledge the same with commitments

Releases PIR based on ABC/FMS concept and customer schedules to achieve service level.

Sales Activity

Discusses with units for supplies based on PIR to keep customer informed

Monitors the VOR & Critical parts requirements to communicate to customer

Review schedule vs supply and push for achieving the service level

New Products

Discusses with TS/OE Kam for NP status and follow up for pricing to quote to customer proactively

Discusses with units for Master Updation and supplies to intimate customer

Inventory 

Reviews and monitors inventory to achieve set target.

Analyses the inventory for stocks more than 60 days and plan for liquidation

Payment 

Reviews Periodically with customer to reduce over dues to achieve set objectives.

Analyses the debit notes and carry out reconciliation for knocking off from books

Customer visit

Plans and visits customer at regular intervals to improve customer relationship.
