Graduate Trainee- Learning & Development- Navi Mumbai

Role & responsibilities

1. Training Scheduling & Coordination• Prepare and maintain training schedules and calendars.• Schedule classroom, virtual and online training programs.• Coordinate participants, trainers, venues and logistical requirements.• Send training invitations, reminders and follow-up communication.• Maintain status of planned, ongoing, completed and rescheduled trainings.

2. LMS Administration & Tracking• Assign and schedule courses through the LMS.• Create/update training batches, participant lists and course details.• Track enrolment, participation, completion and pending status.• Follow up with employees for completion of assigned and mandatory courses.• Support employees with basic LMS-related queries.• Ensure training records on LMS are accurate and updated.

3. Training Attendance & Documentation• Maintain attendance and completion records.• Maintain training documents including attendance sheets, training material, assessments and feedback.• Ensure proper documentation and filing of training records.

4. Training Assessments & Feedback• Coordinate pre- and post-training assessments wherever applicable.• Circulate and track employee feedback.• Coordinate manager/RM feedback for training effectiveness.• Track post-training assignments and interventions.• Consolidate assessment and feedback results.

5. Training MIS & Reporting• Maintain and update Training MIS and trackers.• Prepare reports on trainings conducted, participation, completion and pending status.• Track department-wise and employee-wise training completion.• Highlight pending actions and follow up with stakeholders.• Support preparation of monthly L&D dashboards and reports.

6. Training Logistics & Vendor Coordination• Coordinate with trainers/vendors for schedules and program requirements.• Support arrangements for training rooms, IT requirements and training materials.• Coordinate training-day logistics and participant communication.

7. L&D Operations Support• Support TNA consolidation and training nominations.• Support induction and other organizational learning programs.• Assist in employee development and learning initiatives.• Support ongoing L&D projects and learning campaigns.• Identify opportunities to improve training administration and tracking.

Preferred candidate profile

• 0-1 year of experience in Learning and Development and graduated in BMS-HR.
