Graduate Sales Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Generate new business through customer acquisition and referrals.
• Meet prospective customers and understand their financial protection and insurance needs.
• Explain suitable Life insurance products and benefits to customers.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers and insurance advisors.
• Support recruitment, activation, and development of insurance agents/advisors.
• Assist advisors in lead generation, sales presentations, and business conversion.
• Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain regular follow-up with prospects and existing customers.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes and regulatory guidelines.
• Participate in branch sales activities, customer meetings, campaigns, and local market development.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, and business performance.
