Graduate sales trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Generate leads through referrals, networking, calls, and other channels.
• Contact prospective customers and schedule meetings.
• Understand customers financial goals and insurance requirements.
• Explain life insurance plans, benefits, premiums, terms, and coverage.
• Recommend suitable policies based on customer needs.
• Handle customer questions and objections professionally.
• Follow up with prospects and convert leads into policy sales.
• Complete application forms and ensure required documentation is collected.
• Maintain regular contact with existing customers.
• Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Follow company policies and applicable insurance regulations.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, meetings, applications, and sales.
