Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries through chat platform, providing timely and accurate solutions.
• Process customer requests, resolve issues, and escalate when necessary to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve daily targets and improve overall performance.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in BPO non-voice processes or similar industries.
• Strong communication skills for effective written interaction with customers.
• Ability to work on a computer for extended periods without discomfort.
