Roles and Responsibilities :

• Handle customer inquiries through various channels such as chat, email, and phone calls.
• Process customer requests and resolve issues in a timely manner.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
• Provide excellent customer service by being courteous, empathetic, and professional.

Job Requirements :

• 0-5 years of experience in BPO or call center environment.
• Proficiency in handling international non-voice processes (chat & email).
• Strong communication skills for effective interaction with customers.
• Ability to work on rotational shifts including evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
