We're hiring for a Premium International Voice Process with leading MNC BPO clients in Bengaluru.

Job Role: Customer Service Executive International Voice

Location: Bellandur / Koramangala / Whitefield, Bengaluru
Work Mode: Work From Office
Shift: US / UK Night Shift
CTC: Up to 6 LPA + Performance Incentives
Working Days: 5 Days Working

Job Responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer calls for US/UK clients.
• Perform customer verification and account validation.
• Resolve customer queries with First Call Resolution (FCR).
• Escalate complex issues to the relevant team.
• Update CRM with accurate customer interaction details.
• Meet CSAT, AHT, and Quality targets.

Eligibility

• Undergraduates & Graduates.
• Freshers and Experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Comfortable working in US/UK night shifts.
• Basic computer knowledge.
