About the Role We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Associate CRM Developer to join our growing technology team in Hyderabad. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals who are passionate about Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and the Power Platform. You will work closely with senior developers and gain hands-on exposure to enterprise CRM solutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications CRM Platform Knowledge (Primary)

• Preferred Basic understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE/CRM concepts, modules, and architecture.
• Familiarity with CRM entities, forms, views, and business process flows.
• Willingness to learn and obtain Microsoft Dynamics 365 certifications.

Development Mandatory Skills

• Basic knowledge of C#, .NET, JavaScript, and TypeScript.
• Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts and fundamentals.
• Exposure to web technologies such as HTML and CSS is an added advantage.
• Strong willingness to learn, troubleshoot issues, and adapt to new technologies.

Database Skills

• Basic SQL skills – ability to write simple SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, and DELETE queries.
• Understanding of relational database concepts and data modelling fundamentals.
• Familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server or similar RDBMS is preferred.

Other Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Must be willing to work in rotational shifts as per business requirements.
• Work from office in Hyderabad is mandatory.
• Fluent English communication skills – both written and verbal.
• Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist senior developers in customizing and configuring Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM solutions.
• Develop and maintain basic Power Apps Canvas Apps and Power Automate workflows under guidance.
• Write and debug JavaScript code for CRM form scripting and web resources.
• Create and modify CRM entities, fields, views, and dashboards.
• Support integration tasks between Dynamics 365 and external systems with senior team oversight.
• Write and optimize basic SQL queries to support data extraction and reporting needs.
• Respond to and resolve Level 1 support desk tickets within defined SLAs.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and documentation activities.
• Keep up to date with the latest Dynamics 365 CRM and Power Platform features and best practices.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and communicate progress clearly to team leads.

Good to Have (Advantage)

• Exposure to Salesforce or Zoho CRM concepts (any CRM background is valued) if not Dynamics 365 knowledge.
• Knowledge with any source control system such as Git.
• Internship or academic project experience involving CRM, ERP, or enterprise applications. Microsoft Power Platform or Dynamics 365 Fundamentals certification (PL-900 / MB-910)
