Job Description Designation: Graduate Engineer Trainee City-Country: Pune- India
We are looking for someone who will use a diverse set of technical backgrounds and opinions. You will foster a team-oriented environment, characterised by the use of open and direct communications and respect. You will also seek knowledge of new developments in software engineering, computer engineering, and test automation fields and will identify and pursue career development opportunities.
You will report to the Engineering Manager- NSS and have an onsite schedule working in Pune, India.
Your Responsibilities: Learn and understand Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for a multinational product company.
Develop software components to support new devices within Rockwell Automation's software ecosystem.
Participate in daily software development activities in a global and diverse team.
The Essentials - You Will Have: Bachelor's degree in Engineering in Computer Science, Information Technology, or another similar field.
More than 8 CGPA at graduation level academics.
First Class with Distinction at 10th and 10+2 level academics.
Develop high-quality code using C#, C++, Angular, and microservice-based architectures
Solve complex programming problems independently.
Hands-on experience in software development in Microsoft tool ecosystem (Visual Studio)
Proficiency in English
The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Some experience in software programming through any academic project.
Working with teams developing Robotics or Control Systems.
Awareness of AI/ML concepts with a basic understanding of ethical AI principles
Genuine curiosity and interest in latest AI trends
