Job Description Designation: Graduate Engineer Trainee City-Country: Pune- India
As a Graduate Engineer Trainee for industrial automation projects, you need to work on developing different electrical applications using design software like AutoCAD, ePlan and Creo working with products like Low Voltage/Medium Voltage MCCs, Soft-starters, Variable Frequency Drives and Switchgears. You will work under the direction of an experienced lead / senior engineer in the design, specification, programming, simulation, and testing, of control and electrical systems. You will report to the Engineering Manager, Power and have a hybrid schedule working in Pune, India.
Your Responsibilities: Electrical design and configuration
Control panel and MCC design
Schematic Diagram
Panel Layouts
Develop Bill of Material (BOM)
The Essentials - You Will Have: Full-time bachelor's degree in Core engineering branches like Electrical / Instrumentation & Control / Electronics & Communication.
Knowledge of core subjects with basic knowledge of programming languages e.g. C, C++
The Preferred - You Might Also Have: Hands‑on experience with basic electrical circuits, wiring, and testing
Familiarity with electrical schematics, diagrams, and technical drawings
Prior internship, lab project, or academic project in electrical or automation domains
Analytical and problem‑solving skills
Good documentation and reporting abilities
Collaborate in a team‑based environment
