This internship provides a great opportunity to gain practical exposure to enterprise IT operations in a global work environment.

Key Responsibilities

Support the team in software installation, updates, and license management Help maintain and update IT asset inventory and records Assist in user account management — creation, modification, and access controls Support in network troubleshooting and basic infrastructure maintenance Help document IT processes, SOPs, and support tickets Assist in any IT project activities as assigned by the team

Eligibility Criteria Currently pursuing or recently completed B.E. / B.Tech / BCA / B.Sc in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field Basic knowledge of Windows OS, networking fundamentals, and hardware troubleshooting Familiarity with MS Office 365 and collaboration tools such as Teams and Outlook Good communication and interpersonal skills Eagerness to learn and a proactive problem-solving attitude
