This internship offers a unique opportunity to work alongside experienced engineers, gain practical exposure to real-world mechanical design and development projects, and contribute meaningfully to our ongoing initiatives. Key Responsibilities Assist in the design and development of mechanical components and assemblies using SolidWorks / AutoCAD Support the preparation and review of engineering drawings, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical documentation Assist in GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing) interpretation and application on design drawings Participate in R&D activities and contribute to product improvement initiatives Collaborate with cross-functional teams including design, manufacturing, and quality departments Conduct basic engineering calculations and analyses as required Support in prototyping, testing, and validation activities Assist in identifying design gaps and recommending improvements Maintain proper documentation of design changes and project progress Eligibility Criteria Currently pursuing or recently completed a B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognised institution Strong foundational knowledge of mechanical engineering principles Hands-on experience or academic exposure to SolidWorks or AutoCAD is preferred Basic understanding of GD&T, engineering drawings, and manufacturing processes Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Good communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Self-motivated with a keen willingness to learn and grow
