Graduate Engineer Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Provide first-level support to business users for SAP MM, PP, SD, and QM modules.
• Analyze, troubleshoot and resolve SAP issues related to production planning, inventory management, sales & distribution and quality management.
• Support SAP master data activities, including Material Master, BOM, Routing, Production Version and Quality Master Data.
• Coordinate with business users to understand issues, document requirements and ensure timely resolution.
• Assist in SAP configuration testing, User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and deployment of system enhancements.
• Monitor SAP support tickets and ensure timely closure as per agreed service levels.
• Prepare process documentation, user manuals and training materials.
• Support SAP integration with manufacturing shop-floor systems and other business applications.
