• Role Overview

B.Tech/B.E. passout candidates will join as Apprentices in an auto component manufacturing company, gaining structured training and handson industry exposure under the NAPS framework.

Key Responsibilities

• Production Support Assist in daytoday operations of manufacturing units.
• Quality Checks Participate in inspection and compliance processes.
• Machine Handling Learn basics of CNC/VMC operations and maintenance.
• Documentation Support reporting and recordkeeping for production/quality activities.
• Safety Protocols Follow workplace safety standards and guidelines.

Qualification & Skills

• Educational Qualification: B.Tech/B.E. (Mechanical). Electrical Engineers may be taken for the maintenance profile.
• Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality standards, and machine operations.
• Soft Skills: Teamwork, adaptability, problemsolving, and attention to detail.
