Graduate Engineer Trainee - R & D

Role & responsibilities

• Support design and development of automotive components and assemblies.
• Prepare and update 2D drawings, 3D models, BOMs, and engineering documents.
• Assist in prototype development, testing, validation, and trial activities.
• Support DFMEA, DVP&R, root-cause analysis, and problem-solving activities.
• Coordinate with Production, Quality, Purchase, Suppliers, and other cross-functional teams.
• Support ECN/ECR, drawing revisions, and engineering changes.
• Assist in cost reduction, value engineering, and product improvement activities.
• Support resolution of design, product, and manufacturing-related issues.
• Ensure compliance with customer specifications, engineering standards, and quality requirements.
• Maintain accurate technical records, reports, and product development documentation.
