The factory in in APSEZ.
The factory is making PODS (Modular Structures of Smart Home solution) which is AI integrated and is for overseas market.
Job Title: Graduate Engineer Trainee - Purchase
Department: Procurement / Supply Chain
Reports To: Purchase Manager
Eligibility: BE/B.Tech (Civil, Mechanical, Production, Industrial, or related) 2025/2026 batch, 0 - 1 year experience
Role Summary: Support the purchase function in sourcing, vendor coordination, and procurement operations for raw materials, components, or Capital Goods items, under guidance of Purchase Manager.
Location: - Gurugram Sector 58.
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in RFQ preparation, vendor quotation collection, and comparative cost analysis
• Support supplier evaluation, onboarding, and performance tracking
• Coordinate with production/planning teams for material requirement forecasting
• Track purchase orders, delivery schedules, and follow up on pending shipments
• Maintain vendor master data, price lists, and procurement records in ERP/SAP
• Support negotiations under supervision; document cost-saving initiatives
• Assist in supplier audits and quality issue resolution (NCRs, rejections)

Skills Required:

• Basic understanding of engineering drawings, BOM, and materials
• MS Excel proficiency; exposure to Zoho/ SAP/ERP is a plus
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Good Team Player

Training Period: 6 months probationary period and will be confirmed after successful completion.
