Job Description Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) Project Development

Role Overview:
Support the development of Solar, Wind and Hybrid Renewable Energy projects from site identification to project readiness.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in identifying and evaluating potential project sites based on resource potential, land availability and development constraints.
• Assist in evaluating power evacuation options, processing connectivity applications, and tracking the status and progress of connectivity applications.
• Support statutory approvals and coordination with government authorities and other stakeholders.
• Conduct preliminary assessments of land, environmental, forest, wildlife, terrain and other project-related constraints.
• Develop an understanding of Renewable Energy policies, regulations and procedures across various RE states and assess their implications for project development.
• Prepare and maintain project trackers, competition tracking databases, MIS, development databases, presentations, and periodic project development reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external consultants/agencies.

Qualification & Skills:

• Graduate in Law or B.Tech./B.E. in a relevant Engineering discipline.
• 0–2 years of experience; fresh graduates may also be considered.
• Willingness and ability to understand and grasp Renewable Energy policies and regulations across different states.
• Knowledge of Renewable Energy, GIS/Google Earth and MS Excel/PowerPoint will be preferred.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and communication skills, coupled with a go-getter attitude, proactive approach, and self-starter mindset. Role & responsibilities
