Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Engineer Trainee – Production Supervisor to support day-to-day shop-floor operations in an automotive systems manufacturing facility.

Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor daily production activities and ensure targets, timelines, and quality standards are achieved.
• Coordinate with Material Handling, Stores, and Quality teams for smooth production.
• Support assembly line setup, changeovers, and minor troubleshooting.
• Maintain shift-wise production reports, downtime logs, and performance records.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety, and 5S practices.
• Participate in process improvement, defect analysis, and corrective actions.
• Train and guide operators on work instructions and process discipline.
• Report production abnormalities, delays, and deviations to the Production Manager.

Eligibility:
• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, or Automobile Engineering.
• 0–1 year of experience in a manufacturing setup; internship/training experience preferred.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, work instructions, and quality awareness.
• Willingness to work in shifts and learn continuously.

Desired Skills:
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of 5S, Kaizen, and Lean Manufacturing.
• Ability to read basic engineering drawings and follow SOPs.
• Hands-on approach and problem-solving mindset.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools.
