Job Description Graduate Engineer Trainee - ITWe are looking for highly motivated and intellectually curious fresh graduates to join our AI, Machine Learning, and Advanced Analytics team. The role offers an exciting opportunity to work on real-world business problems across functions such as manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and commercial operations by leveraging cutting-edge AI technologies. You will be part of our enterprise AI transformation journey, contributing to the design, development, and deployment of scalable AI/ML solutions on cloud platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in building and deploying AI/ML models for predictive and prescriptive analytics
• Work on data analysis, data preparation, and feature engineering for structured and unstructured datasets
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business use cases and translate them into analytical solutions
• Support development of dashboards, reports, and visualization tools using Power BI/Tableau
• Participate in the development of AI-powered solutions, including GenAI use cases, automation, and intelligent workflows
• Work with large datasets using tools like Python, SQL, and cloud platforms (Azure preferred)
• Contribute to experimentation, model evaluation, and performance optimization
• Document models, processes, and results for business and technical stakeholders

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Statistics, Mathematics, Data Science, or related field
• Strong understanding of basic statistics, probability, and data analysis concepts
• Exposure to Python / R programming and libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn
• Understanding of machine learning algorithms (regression, classification, clustering, etc.)
• Basic knowledge of SQL and data handling
• Familiarity with data visualization tools (Power BI, Qlik,Tableau, etc.)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset
• Good communication and ability to work in a team environment

Good To Have (Preferred Skills)

• Exposure to Generative AI / LLMs / NLP concepts
• Knowledge of Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud platforms
• Hands-on experience through projects, internships, or hackathons
• Understanding of MLOps basics or model deployment concepts
