Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Apprentice Trainee – Project Coordination (Mechanical) to support project planning, coordination, documentation, and execution activities. The candidate will work closely with mechanical engineering, production, procurement, quality, and project teams to ensure smooth project progress and timely completion of deliverables within the solar manufacturing industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring mechanical engineering projects and activities.
• Coordinate with internal departments, including production, procurement, quality, maintenance, and project execution teams.
• Track project schedules, milestones, deliverables, and pending activities.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, meeting minutes, progress updates, and technical documentation.
• Follow up with relevant departments to ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Assist in material planning, procurement follow-ups, and resource coordination.
• Support the preparation and review of mechanical drawings, layouts, specifications, and technical documents.
• Monitor project progress against timelines and highlight delays or issues to the reporting manager.
• Participate in project review meetings and maintain action-item trackers.
• Assist in identifying coordination gaps and implementing process improvements.
• Support site visits, installation activities, and project execution, wherever required.
• Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company procedures and safety standards.

Educational Qualifications

• B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Basic knowledge of mechanical systems, engineering drawings, and project management principles.

Required Skills

• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Word, and PowerPoint.
• Basic understanding of project planning, scheduling, and progress tracking.
• Ability to read and interpret mechanical engineering drawings.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn and work with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills

• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD or other mechanical design tools.
• Familiarity with MS Project or similar project scheduling tools.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes, mechanical equipment, and industrial project execution.
