Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee

Role & responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with quality standards, safety regulations, and all applicable statutory requirements .
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders, consultants, contractors, and vendors for seamless planning and execution of civil projects.
• Manage and coordinate vendors for civil construction, maintenance, renovation, and infrastructure development activities.
• Raise procurement requests (POs) and support the procurement process for civil materials, services, and contractor engagement.
• Collaborate with various internal stakeholders to understand civil infrastructure requirements and communicate project specifications to vendors and contractors.
• Manage project documentation, contracts, work orders, invoices, and compliance records.
• Support Green Building and Sustainability initiatives, including documentation and coordination for IGBC (Indian Green Building Council) Certification

Preferred candidate profile:

- 60% throughout Academics

- No current ATKT/Backlog

- BE/BTech in Civil Engineering, Graduated in 2026

- Government College

- Candidates preffered from Tamil Nadu
