Graduate Apprenticeship Trainee

Role & responsibilities

We are hiring Graduate Apprentices under NATS (National Apprenticeship Training Scheme) for our Mumbai office (Hiranandani, Powai).

Selected candidates will be placed in one of the following tracks:

• Administration: Support office operations, facility coordination, vendor follow-ups and documentation.
• Travel Desk: Handle employee flight, hotel and cab bookings, process travel requests and approvals, and coordinate with travel vendors.
• Marketing: Assist with internal and external communication, events, social media content and branding material.
• Global Business Services (GBS): Support business operations processes such as insurance claims and policy processing.
• Maintain accurate records and data in internal systems.
• Follow company policies, confidentiality norms and turnaround timelines.

Required Skills

• B.Com / BBA preferred, other graduates (including tech) may also apply.
• Good written and verbal communication in English.
• Attention to detail, good organisation and willingness to learn.
• Able to work from office 5 days a week in Powai, Mumbai, and join immediately.

Eligibility (Mandatory as per NATS)

• Must be a fresher with no PF (UAN) or ESIC (IP number) ever generated..
• Not already contracted with another organisation on the NATS portal.
• Not enrolled under NAPS or PMIS.
