Role Summary:
Provide application support for the Fundtech Global Payplus (GPP) Payment Application, including production support, troubleshooting, and coordination with clients and vendors.
What Youll Do:
- Supervise all alerts related to GPP application and system procedures and provide proactive services
- Perform root cause assessment and debug issues in the application domain to ensure application availability
- Coordinate with clients and other vendors
- Provide on-call support
- Support changes and deployment activities
- Support production incidents and service requests
What We re Looking For (Must-Haves):
- Working experience on Fundtech Global Payplus application Mass pay & HC (GPP MP & HC)
- Hands-on experience with Java, C++, Tuxedo, PLSQL, and web-based applications
- Experience in payment system domain and payment system knowledge
- Good problem-solving skills
- Good communication skills
- Prior experience in banking application support

As per requirement
Qualifications:
Any Computer Science based graduation
