Government E-Marketplace Tender & Bidding

Role & responsibilities

* Upload and manage products, catalogues and pricing on the GeM portal.

* Search, identify and participate in relevant GeM and offline government tenders.

* Prepare tender documentation, technical bids and commercial bids.

* Track tender submissions, deadlines, clarifications and results.

* Coordinate with internal teams for quotations, product specifications and required documents.

* Ensure compliance with GeM guidelines and tender requirements.

* Follow up on purchase orders, deliveries, payments and tender closures.

* Identify new government business opportunities and contribute to sales growth.

Qualifications & Skills

* Any graduate; B.Com, BBA, B.Sc. or MBA preferred.

* 1-3 years of experience in GeM operations, tender management or government procurement preferred.

* Working knowledge of the GeM portal, product uploads and bidding procedures.

* Good MS Excel, documentation and communication skills.

* Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.

* Experience in Medical Devices, Diagnostics or Healthcare tenders is an added advantage.
