Governance, Risk Management & Compliance (GRC) - Manager - Mumbai

Role :

We are seeking an experienced Contractual Compliance Manager within the Governance, Risk Management, and Compliance (GRC) function. This role requires a solid understanding of governance, compliance, risk management, and process controls, along with experience managing internal and external audits and client interactions. The ideal candidate will have a strong ability to collaborate across functions and provide valuable insights that enhance our GRC posture.

Job Responsibilities:

1. Oversee, implement, and track adherence to all applicable audit requirements and governance frameworks within the scope of GRC audits (contractual audits, client audits, process audits, support function audits, etc..

2. Ensure that all risks found during audits are captured, reported to senior management, and tracked to closure through a Corrective and Preventive Action Plan (CAPA).

3. Periodically review the audit checklists prepared by the team for projects and support departments.

4. Ensure all client and third-party audits are handled with zero major findings.

5. Ensure periodic review of applicable policies & procedures

6. Strong audit report writing, review, and documentation skills.

7. Prepare, review, and present governance decks.

8. Conduct Repetitive gap analysis and identifying areas of improvement.

9. Develop automation solutions and assist teams in automating processes to minimize manual intervention.

10. Showcase end-to-end ownership and accountability in managing deliverables, risks, and stakeholder expectations

11. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external customers

Criteria:

1. Lead Auditor Certified 2. Experience in ISO9001/ISO 31000/ISO27001/ or Relevant certification in Auditing

Shifts timings: General Shift timings 9:15 hrs working (Mon Fri) OR

Week Off: Saturday and Sunday
