Job Summary

We are looking for a performance-driven Google Ads Specialist to plan, execute, optimize, and manage Google Ads campaigns to generate quality leads, increase conversions, and improve overall ROI.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and manage Google Search, Display, Performance Max, and YouTube campaigns.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting.
• Create and optimize ad copies, keywords, bids, budgets, and landing-page campaigns.
• Monitor CTR, CPC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversions, and campaign performance.
• Track and analyze campaign data through Google Ads, GA4, and Google Tag Manager.
• Implement conversion tracking and identify areas for performance improvement.
• Prepare regular campaign performance reports and insights.
• Continuously test new keywords, creatives, audiences, and bidding strategies.
• Coordinate with the content, design, and website teams for campaign requirements.
• Manage budgets effectively and ensure campaigns meet business objectives.

Required Skills

• Hands-on experience with Google Ads & Google Analytics/GA4.
• Strong understanding of PPC, keyword research, bidding strategies, and conversion tracking.
• Analytical and data-driven approach.
• Good knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets.
• Strong communication and reporting skills.
• Salary: As per experience and industry standards.
