We are looking for a Google Ads / Performance Marketing Specialist with proven experience in international lead generation, preferably in the travel and tourism industry.

 

Key Responsibilities

 

• Plan, execute and optimise Google Ads campaigns to generate qualified inbound travel enquiries.
• Target travellers from USA, UK, Canada, Australia and key European markets
• planning trips to India.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and search-intent targeting.
• Optimise campaigns for quality leads, CPL, conversion rate and bookings, not just clicks.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking through GA4/GTM and Google Ads.
• Analyse lead quality and continuously optimise keywords, ads, audiences and landing pages.
• Work closely with the sales team to improve lead-to-booking conversion.

 

Requirements

 

• 4–8 years of hands-on Google Ads experience.
• Proven track record in international B2C lead generation.
• Travel/hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Google Ads, GA4, GTM and conversion tracking.
• Strong analytical and performance-driven approach.

 

Primary KPI: Generate high-quality international travellers enquiries that convert into India tour bookings.
