We are hiring a results-obsessed Google Ads Media Buyer specializing in high-intent conversion campaigns on CPS models. This role is ideal for someone who understands user intent, buying signals, and profit-driven scaling, not just traffic generation.

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, execute, and scale Google Ads campaigns focused on high-intent conversions (CPS model)Build and optimize bottom-funnel keyword strategies that drive maximum purchase intentContinuously optimize for CPA, ROAS, and profitabilityLeverage smart bidding strategies (tCPA, tROAS, value-based bidding) for scalingIdentify and expand high-converting funnels & arbitrage opportunitiesConduct deep performance analysis (intent mapping, search terms, funnel drop-offs)Run A/B tests on ad copies, landing pages, and conversion flowsManage budgets aggressively while maintaining positive ROI benchmarksCollaborate with affiliate & advertiser teams for offer alignment & scalingEnsure real-time issue identification & optimization cycles aligned with performance KPIs

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in Google Ads (conversion-focused campaigns)
• Strong experience in CPS / Affiliate / Performance Marketing
• ​*Proven ability to drive high-intent traffic → conversions → revenueExpertise in:Keyword intent mapping (BOFU heavy)Conversion tracking (GA4, GTM, Trackier, etc.)Funnel optimization & arbitrage logicHands-on experience with high-budget, ROI-driven campaigns*
• Strong analytical mindset with focus on profit, not just volumePrior experience in affiliate networks / performance agencies preferred
