Role & responsibilities

a. Handling Sr. GLMs/ GLMs

b. Handling Auctions PAN Bank in terms of entries and recon, GST

c. Handling NPA portfolio allocated to GLM team

d. Complaints handling with relation to Gold loan operations

e. VOC for Gold loans

f. XRF monitoring

g. Hiring & Mentoring of GLMs

h. Handling GL audit issues

i. Various Collections reporting from Branch Operations

j. Stakeholder management

k. Monitoring Calibration

l. Fraud reporting

m. Monitoring Third Party Valuations

n. Monitoring Self valuation limits and staff trainings on valuation both external and internal, including OJTs

o. Any miscellaneous activity assigned

Qualification

Essential-Graduate

Desired-JAIIB, CAIIB

Experience-

Essential-10-15 years

Desired -8-12 years preferably in Branch Banking with exposure to Banks' products, systems and processes

Desired skills and competencies

Self starter

Very good knowledge on Excel

Team Player

Communication skills

Eye for details
