- Desired Candidate Profile
- 4-10 years of experience in Gold Loan Sales or related field (NBFC).
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to customer acquisition, loan processing and disbursement.
- Strong understanding of financial products such as loans against gold (LAG) and other secured loans.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction and negotiation.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while meeting deadlines.
- Generate Gold Loan business through direct sales, market outreach and self-sourcing.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and ensure regular follow-up with prospective customers.
- Build and maintain relationships with DSAs, connectors and business partners.
- Achieve assigned business, sales and disbursement targets.
