Gold Loan Sales Officer

DBS Bank is hiring motivated and result-oriented Sales Officers for its Gold Loan Division. The ideal candidates should have experience in banking, NBFC, gold loan sales, or related sales activities and be willing to work in both branch and field sales. (Hiring Off rolls)

Job Responsibilities

• Generate leads and acquire new customers for gold loan products.
• Promote gold loan products and explain features, benefits, and eligibility criteria to prospective customers.
• Conduct field visits to generate business and expand the customer base.
• Assist customers with gold loan applications and documentation.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to branch business growth.
• Coordinate with branch staff to ensure smooth customer onboarding and loan processing.
• Follow company policies, sales procedures, and compliance guidelines.

Eligibility Criteria

• Educational Qualification: Minimum Plus Two; graduates preferred.
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in NBFC, gold loan, banking, or sales.
• Age Limit: Up to 35 years.
• CIBIL Score: Minimum 650 required.
• Gender: Male and female candidates can apply.
• Candidates should have good communication, customer-handling, and sales skills.
• Willingness to perform both field and branch sales activities is essential.

Salary and Benefits

• Fixed Salary: 17,000 26,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability.
• Travel Allowance (TA).
• Provident Fund (PF).
• Employee State Insurance (ESIC).

Working Hours

• Timings: 9:30 AM to 6:00 PM.
• Weekly Holidays: Sundays and 2nd & 4th Saturdays, as per the banking schedule.
