Roles & Responsibilities Gold Loan Sales Executive

• Responsible for field sales and customer acquisition for Gold Loan products.
• Generate leads through field visits, references, local market activities, and direct customer interactions.
• Identify potential customers and explain Gold Loan products, eligibility, documentation, and repayment terms.
• Achieve assigned monthly sales and business targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers for repeat business and referrals.
• Conduct regular field visits to assigned areas for lead generation and customer meetings.
• Coordinate with the branch team for customer onboarding, documentation, verification, and loan processing.
• Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into successful Gold Loan customers.
• Maintain accurate customer and lead records and provide regular updates to the reporting manager.
• Ensure all customer documents and KYC requirements are collected as per company process.
• Handle customer queries and provide appropriate product information.
• Follow company policies, sales processes, and compliance requirements.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience: Any field sales experience is acceptable.
• Product: Gold Loans.
• Location: Hyderabad – Ameerpet.
• Salary: Up to 4.5 LPA, based on experience and profile.
• Bike: Mandatory.
• Good communication and customer-handling skills.
• Willingness to work in a field sales role.
• All previous employment documents are required for further processing, including offer letter, payslips, relieving/experience documents, as applicable.
