Gold Loan Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Generate and convert leads for Gold Loan and other loan products.
• Contact prospective customers through calls and other sales channels.
• Explain loan products, eligibility, benefits and documentation requirements.
• Follow up with customers and convert leads into successful loan applications.
• Maintain good customer relationships and provide support during the loan process.
• Achieve daily/monthly sales targets.
• Ensure adherence to banking and company processes.

Eligibility & Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Loan Sales.
• Experience in BFSI / Banking / BPO Loan Sales preferred.
• Graduate candidates only.
• Good verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in a target-based sales environment.
• Versant V5 communication assessment required.
