Role Purpose / Objective

• Achieveand Exceed targets set for Number and Value of Gold Loans
• Primarycontact for gold loan customers- pitching product to them,explain all details about product, collect required documents.
• Coordinatewith Branch team ADO, BM, CRM, CCR, CROs, LOs andexternal members - BCs, DSAs leads etc.
• Resolveall field level queries of customer related to Gold Loan andmanage regular collections.
• Acting as back-up forAssets Desk Officers in their absence

Key Duties and Responsibilities of the Role Business

• Daily/Weekly /Monthly achievement of the targets set for gold loan,both in volume and value terms as established for the branch
• Working on OSP increment ofassigned portfolio
• Meeting Cross Sales targetset for the assigned portfolio
• Call/visit eligible customers, pitch them about product and collectleads
• DoOut bound promotional activities for Gold Loan lead generation
• Coordinationwith feet on streets, DSAs and BC points
• Ensureproper collection of 0 90 DPD cases in the branch

Customer

• Ensurecustomers are educated about Gold Loan schemes/services offeredby Ujjivan.
• Keyfocus on Out bound activities and generating leads from NTB andETB customer pool
• EnsureCustomer queries are dealt with promptly and accurately at fieldlevel
• Ensuresmooth and prompt service from other partner channels tocustomers

Internal process

• Ensurecompliance with lending guidelines, quality framework and auditrequirements;
• Ensurethat defaulting areas or negative area for gold loan need to beidentified based on field observations
• Giveconstructive feedback on on-field and competitor activities
• Ensureall the necessary things like: availability of appraisers, loanrelated admin requirements etc. are in place
