Gold Loan Officer

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct gold valuations for customers to determine the value of their gold ornaments.
• Process gold loans by assessing customer creditworthiness, evaluating collateral, and disbursing funds.
• Cross-sell other financial products to existing clients to increase revenue growth.
• Maintain accurate records of transactions, including loan applications, approvals, and repayments.

Job Requirements :

• 0-2 years of experience in banking or finance industry.
• Strong knowledge of cross sales techniques and ability to meet targets.
• Proficiency in gold appraisal methods and valuation techniques (GL).
• Basic understanding of gold loan operations and regulations.
