Gold Loan Officer

Key Responsibilities

• Acquire Gold Loan customers through branch customer referrals, cross-selling, and open market sourcing.
• Achieve monthly sales and business targets for assigned branches.
• Generate quality leads and drive loan disbursements through field activities and customer engagement.
• Plan and execute BTL marketing campaigns to increase product awareness and customer acquisition.
• Ensure effective visibility and promotion of Gold Loan products within branch premises.
• Build strong relationships with branch staff, existing customers, and local business communities.
• Conduct regular training sessions for branch teams on Gold Loan products, processes, and sales techniques.
• Support branches in end-to-end Gold Loan operations, including documentation and auction-related activities.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless customer service and operational support.
• Monitor delinquent accounts and follow up with customers to ensure timely repayments.
• Maintain compliance with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and operational guidelines.
• Stay updated on local market trends, competition, and customer requirements to drive business growth.
