Gold Loan Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage a team of gold loan executives to achieve sales targets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Develop and implement effective strategies to increase gold loan business, improve portfolio quality, and reduce defaults.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and procedures related to gold loans.
• Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to identify opportunities for growth.

Job Requirements :

• 8-10 years of experience in the banking industry with expertise in gold loan sales.
• Strong understanding of financial products such as loans against gold 
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective leadership and strategy development.
