- Drive gold loan business through the distributor network and digital app platform.
- Identify, onboard, and activate distributors, DSAs, and channel partners.
- Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
- Develop strategies to increase sourcing and customer acquisition.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors and channel partners.
- Conduct regular training sessions and product briefings for partners.
