Gold Loan Executive

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Conduct gold appraisals to determine the value of gold ornaments for loan purposes.
• Manage gold loan operations, including processing applications, disbursing loans, and maintaining records.
• Ensure accurate valuation of gold ornaments using specialized equipment or software.
• Provide excellent customer service by explaining loan terms, interest rates, and repayment options to customers.

Job Requirements :

• 1-6 years of experience in a similar role as Gold Appraiser/Executive in NBFCs (Non-Banking Financial Companies).
• Strong knowledge of gold loan operations, policies, and regulations.
• Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Proficiency in conducting thorough gold valuations using various methods.
